Impermanence

The Buddhist concept of Impermanence is the idea that in humans there is no permanent or underlying substance. Instead the individual is composed of factors that are constantly changing. The Impermanence of being can be tied to the age of the Anthropocene, which is the period of change in Earth’s geological timeline.
